1. Eligibility
The ShotPay OA 2311™ Compact Pro Elite Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry.
Because the prize is a handgun, entrants must be at least twenty-one (21) years old. Federal law prohibits a licensed firearms dealer from transferring a handgun to any person under twenty-one (21) years of age.
By entering, you represent and warrant that you are not prohibited under federal, state, or local law from purchasing, receiving, or possessing a firearm, and that you are not disqualified under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or any analogous state law.
The Sweepstakes is void in California and New York, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, directors, members, and contractors of ShotPay, Inc. (“ShotPay” or the “Sponsor”) and of OA Defense (the “Prize Provider”), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, fulfillment agencies, and suppliers, and the immediate family members of and persons living in the same household as any of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter or win.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Agreement to Rules
By entering, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. You further agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
3. Sweepstakes Period
Entries will be accepted beginning August 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time and ending August 21, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
No purchase, payment, financing application, account registration, or transaction of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Entry does not require you to apply for, be approved for, or use any ShotPay product or service, and doing so will not increase your chances of winning.
To enter, complete and submit the online entry form provided at http://www.shotpay.com/giveaway during the Sweepstakes Period. The entry must be complete and must satisfy all Sweepstakes requirements to be eligible.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, or devices, or by any other means intended to circumvent this limit. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void.
Incomplete entries and entries that do not adhere to these Official Rules may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Consent to receive marketing email from the Sponsor is optional and is not a condition of entry. You may opt in or decline on the entry form without affecting your chances of winning, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize: an OA 2311™ Compact Pro Elite pistol package, consisting of the OA 2311™ Compact Pro Elite pistol, OA Elite G2A 7075 aluminum grip module, DLC-coated stainless steel barrel, magazines as configured for the winner’s jurisdiction, OA Defense G2 hammer and sear kit, Dawson Precision optics kit (RMR), Dawson Precision fixed rear sight and fiber optic front sight, custom OA Defense range bag, owner’s manual with firearm safety literature, and cable safety lock.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,199.00 USD.
Barrel configuration (ported or standard/closed) and all other prize specifications shall be determined solely by the Sponsor and Prize Provider. Magazine capacity will be configured to comply with the law of the winner’s state of residence, and reduced-capacity magazines will be substituted where required.
Actual value may differ at the time of award. No cash equivalent, substitution, transfer, or assignment of the prize is permitted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The prize is awarded “as is” without warranty of any kind from the Sponsor, express or implied, except that any manufacturer’s warranty from the Prize Provider will pass to the winner.
Only one (1) prize will be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Firearm Transfer Requirements
The prize is a firearm. Award of the prize is expressly conditioned on the winner’s compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing the transfer and possession of firearms.
(a) FFL transfer. The prize will be shipped only to a Federal Firearms Licensee (“FFL”) located in the winner’s state of residence and selected by the winner, subject to the Sponsor’s and Prize Provider’s approval. The prize will not be shipped directly to the winner under any circumstances.
(b) Background check. The winner must appear in person at the receiving FFL, complete ATF Form 4473, and pass a National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) check and any additional state or local checks, permits, licenses, waiting periods, or registration requirements that apply.
(c) Winner responsibilities and costs. The winner is solely responsible for all FFL transfer fees and for any state or local fees, taxes, permit costs, licensing costs, or other charges associated with the transfer or possession of the prize. The Sponsor will pay shipping from the Prize Provider to the receiving FFL.
(d) Failure to complete transfer. If the winner fails or refuses to complete the transfer, is denied by NICS, cannot lawfully take possession for any reason, does not reside in a jurisdiction where the prize may lawfully be possessed, or fails to complete the transfer within thirty (30) days of the prize arriving at the receiving FFL, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. No cash or substitute prize will be awarded in that event.
(e) Safety. The winner assumes all responsibility for the safe and lawful storage, handling, transport, and use of the prize following transfer.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, conducted on or about August 25, 2026 under the supervision of the Sponsor.
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address submitted with the entry within five (5) business days following the drawing. The Sponsor is not responsible for a potential winner’s failure to receive notice due to spam filters, junk mail settings, or the entrant’s provision of incorrect or non-functioning contact information.
The potential winner must respond to the notification and return a signed Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release, together with a completed IRS Form W-9, within fifteen (15) days of the date the notification was sent. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, fails to claim the prize within that period, or fails to timely return the required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Taxes. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Because the ARV exceeds $600, the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner reporting the value of the prize.
Any violation of these Official Rules by a winner, as determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, will result in disqualification and immediate termination of all rights as winner.
8. Rights Granted by Entrants
Except where prohibited by law, and subject to the winner’s execution of a publicity release, the Sponsor and its licensees, successors, and assigns shall have the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and otherwise use worldwide, in any medium now known or hereafter developed and in perpetuity, the winner’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, image, and statements about the Sweepstakes, for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without further notice, review, consent, or compensation.
9. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should any virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond its reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such event, the Sponsor may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after the action taken.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the website, or who violates these Official Rules. The Sponsor may void entries for any reason, including multiple entries from the same person using different IP addresses or devices, or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other automated means of entry.
Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Prize Provider, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, arising from: (i) the entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, possession, transfer, use, or misuse of the prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmission, telephone, or internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; or (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.
11. Disputes
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS AND THE UNITED STATES, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICT OF LAW PRINCIPLES.
As a condition of participating, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Comal County, Texas. In any such dispute, entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and attorneys’ fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in entering the Sweepstakes, and waive all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
12. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://shotpay.com/privacy/.
Entry information is collected by the Sponsor. The winner’s contact information will be shared with the Prize Provider and the receiving FFL solely to fulfill the prize.
13. Winners List
For the name of the winner, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Winners List Request — ShotPay OA 2311 Sweepstakes,” or mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address below, within ninety (90) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

15. Platform Release
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook or Instagram), X Corp., YouTube, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, or any other platform. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to any such platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor.
